Miss. Huma Aslam is a senior development practitioner with more than 11 years diversified experience in the development sector with particular expertise in Gender, Leadership and Self Help Groups through advance level trainings with international exposure of Netherlands, Nepal and Philippine. She has command over project proposal writing, project management, training, team building, stakeholder management coordination, mentoring and monitoring. She is MBA in HRM (Marketing), MA in Economics and doing MPhil in Organizational Leadership. She is engaged with KCDA as a Program Manager since 2011 and affiliated as a Secretary with Raj Wadhawa Mall Education Trust and as a Board member of School of Hope (funded by Banabas UK).

Mr. Tofique Channa has done Bachelors in Public Administration with specialization in HRM, MSc in Rural Development and MPhil in Development Studies from University of Sindh, Jamshoro. He is energetic, self- motivated professional with a diverse experience of corporate, development(NGOs and iNGOs) and government sector since last 8years. He has diversified skillsin Project Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, Trainings, Mentoring, Poverty Assessment, Analysis, Ranking and Reporting. Mr. Channa is engagedwith Pakistan’s largest social safety net programme, the Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) as Assistant Director striving to eradicate poverty and minimizing the vulnerability of poor and ultra-poor people.

Miss. Shamim Akhtar is a PhD scholar and isaffiliated with Education and Literacy Department, Government of Sindh. Before joining, the government she has been affiliated with National and International NGOs like TRDP and Plan Pakistan; during her job with Plan Pakistan she has exposure of Bangladesh community driven development model as well. She is a blog writer, columnist and a poetess. She uses to for local and national journals and newspapers on women and children issues particular focus on early marriages, force conversion, political empowerment of women and fundamental rights of women and child. She is fellow of Acumen Pakistan 2016 and been awarded with best leadership award by Acumen Pakistan also.Mr. Channa is engagedwith Pakistan’s largest social safety net programme, the Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) as Assistant Director striving to eradicate poverty and minimizing the vulnerability of poor and ultra-poor people.

Mr. Siraj Ahmed Khuhro holds Masters in Sociology. He has been serving in development sector since 2005 and been engaged with number of National and International NGOs and served across the county including LEAD Pakistan, Food for Agriculture Organization for United Nation (FAO-UN) as a Rural Sociologist, Action Conrila Faim (ACF USA) as a Deputy Program Manager WASH, Tear fund-UK as a Project Manager WASH, Society for Conservation and Protection of Environment (SCOPE) as a District Coordinator and Pakistan Fisher folk Forum (PFF) as a Team Leader. He has got National and International training opportunities in Project Management, Financial Management, Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) Community Health Food Security, Livelihoods (FSL) and Nutrition.

Dr. Hosh Mohammad Panhwer is a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine. He is working as a Veterinary Officer in Livestock Department, Government of Sindh. He is a good trainer and been association with prestigious NGOs and GOs in training delivery. Being trained as an Active Citizen under British Council, he is actively involved in social work with main focus on livestock management. He was nominated for National Exchange Program of the Active Citizens Program (ACP) and also won the National Award for best Social Action Project (SAP) during National SAPs Exhibition at Lahore. Currently, he is enrolled in MPhil Leading to PhD program and aspires to bring major reforms in rural development especially in livestock sector.

Ms. Naheed Memon is Masters in Economics with more than 10 years’ experience in microfinance and social entrepreneurship. She is leading ‘Traditional Needle Work’as a social enterprise to promote indigenous women skills and art through online marketing. She has worked with Agha Khan University – CHS Department, BaanhnBeli, NIPS, IPS, DTW – USAID and Save the Children. She has been part of Pakistan Poverty Assessment (PPA), Pakistan Demographic and Health Survey 2006-07, Bench Marking Project (Gender Disparities in Health) and National Education Survey 2005-06. Ms. Memon has worked as a Production Assistant with MNJ-DDB for its feature film named RAMCHAND PAKISTANI.

Ms. Devi Mehraj is Lady Health Visitor associated with Health Department, Government of Sindh. She has been associated with World Health Organization (WHO), TB Dots Program and MNCH as well. Ms. Mehraj is women rights defender and been capacitated by Democratic Commission for Human Rights (DCHD) under EDACE and ASHA through MeherGarah to defend harassment of women at workplace.
