Advocacy, Research, Training and Services (ARTS) Foundation aims to promote and protect basic rights to empower women, girls, youth and children. ARTS Foundation is initiating ‘Lighting Lives of Rural Communities through Small Scale Solar Energy Project’ in district Umerkot, the project is funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) under its Ambassador’s Fund Grant Program.
