ARTS Foundation’s governing bodies and their composition
The 11 members General Body (GB) with less than 36% men presence, the GB reviews the performance of the ARTS Foundation, elects the members of the Board of Directors, approves the Annual Reports and appoints the Auditors.
The 7 members Board of Director (BoD) with less than 43% men presence, the BoD controls and manages the affairs of the ARTS Foundation and is elected after 2 years from among the members of the General Body.
The 3 members Senior Management Committee (SMC) comprises on senior management of ARTS Foundation; it prepares policy suggestions for the BoD, implements decisions of the BoD and ensures implementation of ARTS Foundation’s Strategic Plan and its Operational Programmes.
